Here at Lenrom, we do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities and when they will be delivered to their destination.

Estimated shipping timeframes and shipping days are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can package the items for shipment and what type of shipping method you have selected.

We use UPS for most of the US Continental bound orders. Ocasionally, in order to accomodate faster delivery times to our customers , the order will be shipped via Fedex or USPS.

We ship USPS for all military addresses, Hawaii and Alaska and PO Boxes

How soon will my order be shipped?

 
We always make every effort to ship product the same day that it is ordered. Each order will be sent to the warehouse where it will be shipping from. Orders that arrive at the shipping warehouse past the cutoff time will typically ship the next business day. A more detailed explanation is provided below.
 
 
Domestic Orders received before 2:30pm EST In-stock items will generally ship within the first 24 hours of order placement. However, orders received after 2:30pm (EST) typically ship the following business day.
 
Domestic Orders received on weekend or holidays Orders for in-stock items placed on weekend or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

What are the shipping options for my order?

Standard Ground: Standard ground includes delivery via US Postal Service, UPS Ground, FedEx ground. Orders placed via these shipping options are not guaranteed to be delivered within a certain timeframe. However, a guideline is provided for your convenience.
(Standard ground is always your lowest priced option.)

Expedited Ground: Items upgraded to Expedited Ground will ship via UPS, FedEx ground, or like carrier.
(Expedited ground is not available for all items.)

2nd Day Shipping:

Items upgraded to 2nd Day Shipping will ship via UPS, FedEx ground, or like carrier. Items will arrive within 2 business days from the day the order has been shipped out.Please note that there is no weekend pick-up or delivery for two day and overnight shipping
(2nd day shipping is not available for all items.)

Overnight Shipping: Items upgraded to Overnight Shipping will ship via UPS, FedEx ground, or like carrier. Items will arrive within 1 business day from the day the order has been shipped out.

Certain products weighing 70 pounds or more, cannot be shipped via any air service. These are identified as Can’t Ship Air and are shipped via Standard Ground.

Drop ship delivery times will vary by manufacturer.


Shipments are delivered Monday through Friday.
If you have multiple items on your order, each item will be calculated separately depending on the warehouse location for where your item ships.


Delivery Times may vary, as orders may ship from more than one location.
Delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas, and shipments to remote locations may take longer.
Shipping descriptions like "Next Day/Overnight Shipping", "2-Day", etc. are used to denote service levels and do not guarantee when you will receive your order. They represent time in transit after an item has been shipped. The delivery times are based upon item availability and shipping to urban areas within the continental US (48 states). Delivery to rural areas, Alaska and Hawaii may take longer. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

*Orders to APO/FPO and PO Boxes must ship US Postal Service. Orders to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands must ship via US Postal Service  as well.

At our discretion, orders weighing less than 13 ounces or totaling less than $10 may be sent via USPS First Class mail

What is "White Glove" delivery service?

"White Glove" delivery service is a special handling service offered for some our products. There are two different standard service levels available: White Glove Inside Delivery and White Glove Installation. With inside delivery, the White Glove shipping company will bring the product off the truck and into your home; this "Silver" level service includes stair carries (up to two flights). With installation service, the White Glove company will also unpack your product, take away packing materials, and perform standard assembly. In the event that an item that you have ordered required white glove delivery, you will be sent an e-mail outlining the time frames for shipping.

Do you accept international orders?

 

Lenrom.com accepts international orders subject to the following terms:

IMPORTANT NOTE for our INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS! 

All orders shipped outside USA and Canada , must be paid via BANK TRANSFER or Western Union only. We cannot accept CREDIT CARDS at this time for international orders.

To complete your purchase , please add the items to your cart,and at the checkout page, select BANK TRANSFER as your payment method.

At the checkout page you will be provided with the  bank wire instructions to allow you to send the funds to us.

There is a $15.00 fee service charged for international bank transfers .This is the amount charged by our bank to process incoming transfers.Please add this amount to the total provided in your order receipt.

Order number must be transmitted to us with the wire transfer in order to ensure the proper application of funds to your transaction.

International orders are shipped via US Priority Mail International for items under 70lb. Orders over 70lb are shipped via UPS Worldwide Express.Please contact us if your orders are  over 70lbs. so we can provide an accurate quote and timing of your delivery.

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.


International Shipping Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment maybe subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    Can I ship my order to Alaska or Hawaii? 
    Yes. A $19.99 fee will apply in addition to the shipping charges. Please note that shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii will take longer than what's noted in the chart above. Back to Top

    Can I Ship my order to Canada

    Lenrom.com is proud to service Canadian Customers for most items on our store.Due to manufacturers restrictions , certain items are not eligible to be shipped outside United States.

    Canadian orders  are  shipped via United States Postal Service .

    Our shipping calculator on the shopping cart page allows you to view the shipping rate to Canada. Just place the item in the cart, choose the quantity you desire and press "Calculate Shipping Button" to view your rates.

    Must I sign for my delivery?

    Signature is required for all deliveries. Thorough inspection must be made upon delivery and all damage noted on the delivery receipt. If an item is damaged, delivery should be refused and Lenrom.com must be notified immediately. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging.

    Who do I call if my merchandise arrives broken or damaged from the shipping carrier?


    Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit. While cases are extremely rare, it does happen once in a while. We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) shipped via common carrier i.e. FedEx or UPS, simply refuse delivery and contact us or call us at 1-800-357-6242 immediately for a replacement. For LTL deliveries i.e. Yellow Freight, Con-Way, Road-Runner, etc., print "Damaged Upon Arrival" where you sign for the items and refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will file a claim and send you a replacement product. 


    Please Note:
    If product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation.You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging.
